Why Do You Need a Writing Coach?

You’ve got your novel, story, or non-fiction book well underway, and all it needs now is some polishing. Or else you’re just getting started, and you want to be sure you’re on the right track. Should this story take present or past tense? Are you too embroiled in your own narrative to view it objectively? Just how do you structure your book so the reader won’t find it a big slog and give up on it?

If you’re looking for grammar tips, insight into the difference between the author and the narrator, or just feel bogged down by your writing, You Have Come to the Right Place.

Start at the “Shiny Ideas” Writing and Coaching Blog

I’ll be posting writing tips and insights at the Shiny Ideas writer coaching blog at regular intervals. Here you’ll find everything from grammar tips to thoughts about how to structure your novel. Ask whatever questions you wish, and I’ll find the answers for you.

Or we’ll share ideas among ourselves: you, me, and other writers with different degrees of experience. That’s a key word – experience. If you see what other writers have gone through, and benefit from wisdom they’ve already gained, you will progress more quickly toward becoming a great writer.

Writer Coaching Program

I’ve seen enough writers fretting about their work that I really want to help. If you need some coaching to move your writing along and achieve a greater level of perfection, let’s try a two-month experiment. Register for two months of coaching, for $25 per month, and let’s see what we can do together to polish your writing skills through that period.

You are likely to discover that you’ve become a much better writer even in so short a time, if you practise and incorporate the ideas and techniques you learn.  And you may wish, at that point, to continue with further coaching or even editing of your work as you prepare to publish.

Visit the Shiny Ideas writing and coaching blog! And register for coaching, to give your writing that final polish!

(Contact Shiny Ideas for more information about registration for two months of writer coaching, or for other other editing and writing needs you may have.)
